Information we collect

We collect the contact, service-address, property, scheduling, consent, and referral information you submit so we can assess and provide window cleaning. We also collect limited technical and campaign information such as landing page, referrer, browser user agent, and UTM tags.

How we use and share it

Information is used to respond, schedule through Cal.com, operate the business phone, send transactional notices, prevent abuse, and measure non-sensitive funnel activity in PostHog. We do not send full addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or private notes to analytics.

Retention and choices

Launch leads should be reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed for service, accounting, safety, or legal obligations. Contact the business phone number to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
